Peterson Community Hub (PCH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 193 Park Street, Peterson, Minnesota. We operate the East Wing of the former Peterson School as a community facility offering rentable event spaces, free private offices for telehealth and remote work, and community programming. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website and facility reservation system.

When you create a profile or submit a rental application through our online reservation system, we collect basic contact information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address. We also collect event-related details you provide in your application, such as the type of event, estimated attendance, and requested spaces. If your event involves alcohol, we may collect proof of required permits or insurance.

Telehealth and Private Office Reservations

The Prosser and Decorah offices are available free of charge for telehealth appointments and remote work. PCH does not collect, store, or have access to any health information exchanged during telehealth sessions. Those sessions are conducted between you and your healthcare provider. PCH's role is limited to providing the physical space.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with third-party platforms we use to manage reservations and communications (such as scheduling software), and only to the extent necessary to operate those services.
